Version control

Mistakes have been made

I've been m.i.a. because I was working hard on the bean game. I actually finished the first full prototype where the core loop was done. Exciting stuff... but then version control crisis happened.

Over the last couple of days, I've been working hard in Godot to finish a first version of the full loop for the bean game. Things moved super smoothly and quickly.

Today, I actually finished it. You could go through the whole loop of serving coffee, ahem the other stuff, and then the other other stuff as well. It was awesome!

It was awesome until I hit a version control issue, in that I have none (newbie mistake, I know.) So one of my scenes got corrupted. Which made my main scene impossible to open. So much work just went into the void.

Let it be a lesson to myself to use some form of version control (I'm totally not looking at this right now.)

THE IS GONNA BE A SHORT ONE

Oh, and by the way, I think I might switch back to Unreal.

There's just something about Blueprints. I don't know, only crazy people don't change their minds, I suppose.
